Shipping and Handling
1.1 We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries
For your peace of mind all orders sent Royal Mail tracked with proof of posting. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this. It will also contain the tracking code for your order, which can be used at http://track.royalmail.com
1.2 Our aim is to despatch all orders received before 1pm the same day, Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays. 99% of our orders are delivered the following working day after despatch.

1.3 Orders over £50 exclusive of VAT will be chargeable se shipped free of charge. Orders with a value below £50 will be charged at the below extremely competitive rates
U.K Delivery Options:
Standard (2-3 working days) – £2.95
Express (1-2 working days) – £3.95
Guaranteed next day delivery (excluding weekends) – £10.00 (order and complete payment by 3pm )
Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you receive a card to say that Royal Mail attempted delivery please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card.
European Delivery (EU Only)
Airmail, Tracked & Signed Delivery: £10.00 (3-10 working days)
The expected delivery dates can change when customs are inspecting any parcels.
We use Royal Mail for international deliveries.
Please not that we cannot currently ship outside of the EU. We are also unable to ship to Slovakia, Finland or Denmark.
1.4 If we are unable to ship your order within 24 hours, we will contact you via e-mail to confirm the issue and offer you a choice of (a) holding the order (b) exchanging the item for an alternative or (c) cancelling for a full refund.
1.5 If you have not received your order after 3 working days from the date of despatch, please contact our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
1.6 If you change your mind about an order and want to return it, please let us know before opening the items. Once an item is opened, we are not able to process a refund unless the item is faulty. To organise a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at email@example.com
1.7 We are unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Therefore, If you do need to cancel an order, please contact us as early as possible to avoid items being dispatched.
If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately.
If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you, or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 25% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid these administration and redelivery costs.
All orders are sent with proof of postage. If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us at the earliest opportunity and we will investigate. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.
